We do this by:

  • meeting NVQ targets and supporting staff to achieve the standards of the Learning Disability Awards Framework (LDAF)
  • supporting staff to acquire new skills through training and managerial support
  • regular staff appraisal with incentives for staff to constantly achieve high standards
  • continuing to improve our internal communication strategies to ensure information is passed on effectively
  • continuing regular staff consultation days to ensure that staff are fully informed and engaged
