My way Forward is an employment service, we support people with a learning disability to get a job that is right for them.  If you want to get a job we can support you to:

Find work

• Work out what sort of job would be right for you, by finding out what you are good at and what you enjoy doing
• Write a CV and application forms that show employers what you can do
• Search for jobs you would like to do
• To get ready and feel confident for job interviews
• Find work experience placements so you can try out a job and  learn the skills you need to get paid work

Keep working

• Get the right benefits when you start work
• Travel to and from work
• Learn what you need to do when you start a new job
• Plan what you want to do next in your career

Start your own business

• Write with you a business plan that will help make your business idea into a business
• Apply for the money you need to start your own business or enterprise
• Use our Finance and HR services
• Use of our office space
