Social Enterprise

HAIL supports people with learning disabilities to take control of their own future and be involved in the development of the services they want.

HAIL supports people to be employed through the development of services. The aim is to change the culture of services supporting people with learning disabilities into employment, through the development of new work and leisure opportunities that are run and owned by people with learning disabilities.

One way in which we can do this is to support people with their project and business ideas, HAIL's employment service My Way Forward have staff who are knowledgeable and experienced in business advice. They will help individuals develop a business plan and look for ways of getting funding and running a business.
