What do we do?

HAIL Living offers people with a learning disability people a place to live and support to live there.  We have lots of different housing and support options:

Residential Care

• 4 residential care homes in Haringey
• Staff available 24 hours a day
• Specialist services for people with complex needs
• Regulated by the Care Quality Commission we have always had Good or Excellent in our inspections

Supported Living

• Support people to live in their own home
• Shared core hours and sleep ins
• Supporting people to move on to live more independently
• Specialist support for people with mental health problems

Live in volunteer

• Live independently in your own home with the comfort of knowing someone is around if you need them
• Up to 37.5 hours of free support a week
• Overnight sleep in support
• Get less support as you get more independent

Housing Management

• Support to find a property in the private sector
• Support people to apply for Housing Benefit and Community Care Grants
• Collect rent
• Make sure maintenance issues are dealt with
