Next Steps: My Way Forward

Step 1 – Talk to us

Give us a call on 020 8809 4442 or contact us and tell us what you would like us to do.

Step 2 – Finding out what you want

We will come and meet with you at a time and a place that is good for you.  You can tell us what you want to do and how you would like us to support you.

Step 3 – The price

After the meeting  we will add up how much it will cost you for us to support you.

Once you have the price you can then decide if you want to spend your Individual Budget on this sort of service. If you are happy we will ask you to read and sign our agreement that will say in clear language what you want us to do and how we will do it.

Step 4 – The service

Once the service starts, HAIL will give you a named manager who will check you are happy with the service. You can contact the manager to talk about your service and how it is going.

How long until I can get a service?

From when your first phone HAIL we can normally start a service  in less than two weeks.
