HAIL Mental Health

The term mental health covers an extremely broad and complex spectrum of emotional and psychological issues. From panic attacks right through to bulimia nervosa and post natal depression, everyone is affected by life's twists and turns in an entirely different way.

For many years now stigma has been a big problem for individuals who have a mental illness. Stereotypes and negativity surrounding poor mental health has unfortunately meant that many who are suffering are left feeling like they are on the only one feeling this way.

HAIL are pleased to announce that as of April 2015 we now operate a mental health service, this came about after our merger with a small charity formally known as MHSA (Mental Health Support Association) whom HAIL have worked closely with for a few years. this is a diverse service which offers:

  • IMHA (Independent Mental Health Advocates) Please note that exclusions apply due to contract requirements.
  • Signposting, referrals and brokerage service.
  • Mental Health Service Use Engagement
  • Anti Stigma awareness
