The Personalisation service delivers high quality care and support for people, who have support needs. We support you to develop person centred, support packages around your specific needs and ambitions. We are a friendly service which offers an 8am-8pm Monday to Saturday office support service and welcomes visitors.

The personalisation services provide all customers with a monthly newsletter and organises lots of fun monthly activities such as day trips and parties. We like to develop new services and listen to what customers want

We can support you in many ways including:

  • Supporting you to employ or choose your own staff.
  • Develop an interesting and cost effective support plan.
  • Have support at times which are suitable for you.
  • Supporting you on holiday with specialist holiday staff.
  • Accessing leisure activities and sharing this with like minded people.
  • Supporting you with a new hobby or dream.
  • Accessing healthcare and supporting you to manage your health needs.

We have a fantastic team of trained staff with lots of skills, experience and backgrounds. The Personalisation team has specialised support services and skills in:
